The goal of this Web radio transmitter is particularly people who are so-called marginalized groups (including gays, lesbians, transsexuals, transgender, bisexual, disabled people, people HIV positive or have AIDS, difficult kranke- or mentally ill people, etc.) to speak and encourage open to deal with weaknesses, limitations and conditions.
